Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original items with all designer tags attached into the shipping box and include the printed return slip provided in the portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
